Metamark MD7
Metamark MD7 conformable cast vehicle wrapping vinyl offers outstanding performance for wraps. The product is designed for complex curves,
rivets, creases and recesses. MD7 is Digital By Design™, so it makes easy work of the toughest applications you can think of - from vehicle
wraps to architectural signing. Superb opacity, soft handle and excellent elongation and ink limits make MD7 the only choice when all
that’s good enough is the best.
Metamark MD7 allows trouble free application and up to 7 years durability, making it the leading product for vehicle wraps. Even over curved
surfaces, recesses and rivets. This cast film gives the ultimate performance, and with correct application will conform perfectly to the
demands of vehicle panels.
The unique repositionable adhesive system on MD7 allows simple fast application. Unlike more complex adhesive systems, the repositionable
adhesive is less susceptible to moisture ingress, or trapped air re surfacing.
We always recommend overlaminating MD7 with MetaGuard 900. As well as providing long term abrasion resistance, MetaGuard 900 eases
application by making the film less prone to marking and easier to handle.
If the film goes down incorrectly, or if it sticks to itself, or you get bubbles, simply lift and re apply. The super soft cast film is highly
conformable. If you over stretch the film in application, simply apply gentle heat to restore it to its former shape. If you prick bubbles or
areas over rivets, apply gentle heat to reseal it.

Metamark MD-BW
Metamark MD-BW has been developed for temporary flat panel advertising, and specifically to meet the demanding needs of ‘bus wrapping’.
It can be removed up to 6 months after application. Metamark Bus Wrap Digital Vinyl has Viacom approval. Note: A bus wrap is different
from a vehicle wrap film. Vehicle wraps require a permanent adhesion, and a film capable of conforming to complex curves.
