What is "Digital Printing" (often called "Large Format Printing")? Simply said, it is getting the color output you need with the least effort possible and from within every software imaginable. This is exactly what we offer, a no-nonsense state-of-the-art large format print and color management engine that is extremely easy to use.

This over-complete client-server RIP solution gives you all the control you need with every possible features available. You can use it as a stand-alone application together with your current design software or complete integrated in the EasySIGN design software. The EasySIGN design software can function as the "editor" application for enhanced layout and design features including Templates (not those "static" worksheets in which you have to do everything yourself, but real Templates).

Tool Library
EasySIGN has an extensive library of tools that can be customized to the tools you actually use. Simply enter the tool’s characteristics and sizes, then let the software do all the complex calculations for you. The tool library supports every conceivable tool, from simple engravers to complex special purpose tools, water cutters and lasers. You’ will never outgrow the possibilities!

Supports line fills, ‘S’ fills, island fills, inline, outline and inlays.

Tool Paths
Using any shape, EasySIGN can calculate the tool paths and fills for you. Simply select the options you want and the tool you would like to use. Tool paths are calculated in the background, allowing you to continue working. After any shape change, the tool path adjusts itself automatically. You have full control over tool paths, switching tools and machine parameters such as speed, depth and acceleration. EasySIGN calculates the tool paths automatically, including an optional lead-in and lead-out.

Open Drivers
In routing and engraving, there are several special purposes that only you can envision. In these cases, the open driver structure of EasySIGN enables you to make changes to the driver itself by editing the output commands. Make your machine behave the way you want, permanently, with no more need for post processing. You can also rely on the extensive list of drivers provided.

Drill holes
Easily place drill holes by clicking on the desired location with a special drill hole tool. The size of the drill hole is determined by the size of the assigned tool and always remains constant, thus preventing accidental scaling

No man is an island, and neither is EasySIGN. We realize that all too well, that's why EasySIGN is so extremely compatible with other software. One good example is (besides the extremely compatible export and import filters) the part of the software that is called "Compatibility".

Get rid of learning curves
Compatibility is a name for a group of plug-ins for all the major DTP/Design software like Illustrator™, Photoshop™, CorelDraw™, Photo-Paint™ and Freehand™. These plug-ins give you unsurpassed compatibility, thus making it very easy to transfer designs between programs without the hassle of exporting and importing

One of the main reasons why you have already chosen to use your current software for Sign Making, could be that you are just comfortable working with it. But the software lacks Sign Making possibilities. This situation would be the perfect reason to start using Compatibility. You rather not want any steep learning curve stepping into (or expanding it further) the professional world of Sign Making. Then you will soon find out, after working with Compatibility for a while, that you do not need anything else but EasySIGN for almost all your Sign Making jobs

Compatibility gives you the possibility to ease into EasySIGN without leaving behind all you have learned so far.

How does it work?
Compatibility is installed during the EasySIGN Setup. If you have one or more supported programs installed you can choose to disable the installation of Compatibility for those programs. But why would you? Compatibility is free and when there is a new version of your current DTP/Design software the support for this new version will be in a free Service Pack.

By example, Compatibility for CorelDraw™ X3

• Start EasySIGN.
• In EasySIGN Select the menu "File, Compatibility, CorelDraw X3 (VBA)".
• If not already open, CorelDraw X3 will be opened.
• In the system tray an icon will appear, this is your control center for Compatibility.
• Create or open the worksheet you want to "Cut", "Print" or "Route".
• Click on the icon in the system tray and select "Export to EasySIGN".
• You worksheet is transferred to EasySIGN.
• If necessary or desired, optimize you worksheet with the professional Sign making and Design tools of EasySIGN.
• In EasySIGN press "Cut", "Print" or "Route"!

ICC Color Calibration
Ever wanted to print something and it looked alright on your monitor but not on your final print? The green isn't quite as green as it's supposed to be and the yellow looks like the green supposed to look?

Here is where color calibration kicks in. You can use an ICC Profile that's suited for your printer and material combination and the color output becomes controllable. There is however one small problem, there are thousands of printer, ink and material combinations possible and you will not always have the correct ICC Profile at hand.

In these cases you have to make your own ICC Profile, but how? There are several separate applications available that are specialized in making ICC Profiles. They have however one big drawback, they are extremely expensive and you will need extra hardware like a densitometer. And a densitometer isn’t cheap either.

So where does ezColor fit in?
With ezColor you have a very cost effective ICC Profile production option that is completely integrated in the EasySIGN Print Server . And best of all, you will only need a desktop scanner and a supplied scanner target to make your own ICC Profile in no time.

The process of making an ICC Profile with ezColor is extremely easy. Your are guided to the easy steps of the process with the aid a Wizard. In a few minutes you will have your own ICC Profile that is perfect for your own personal printer, ink and material combination.

With the EzColor option and the EasySIGN Print Server, you will have an unbeatable combination! EzColor is based on the award winning Monaco ICC engine which provides you with consistent color management throughout your entire printing process.
